Alternate Form of Security

Sec. 1001.210. ALTERNATE FORM OF SECURITY. Instead of the bond required by Section 1001.207 or 1001.209, a driver education provider or driving safety provider may provide another form of security that is: (1) approved by the department; and (2) in the amount required for a comparable bond under Section 1001.207 or 1001.209.
