Reissuance of Revoked License

Sec. 1001.456. REISSUANCE OF REVOKED LICENSE. The board may reissue a license to a person whose license has been revoked if the board has sufficient reason to reissue the license. At least six board members must vote for reissuance of the license. A new license may be issued in accordance with board rules. Added by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 1421, Sec. 1, eff. June 1, 2003.
