Sec. 1001.508. ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEDURE. (a) A proceeding under this subchapter is subject to Chapter 2001, Government Code. (b) The board shall adopt rules of procedure for imposing an administrative penalty. The rules must conform to the requirements of Chapter 2001, Government Code.
