Minor

Sec. 1002.019. MINOR. "Minor" means a person younger than 18 years of age who: (1) has never been married; and (2) has not had the disabilities of minority removed for general purposes. Added by Acts 2011, 82nd Leg., R.S., Ch. 823 (H.B. 2759), Sec. 1.02, eff. January 1, 2014.
