Authority To Incur Administrative Expenses

Sec. 1002.158. AUTHORITY TO INCUR ADMINISTRATIVE EXPENSES. In administering this chapter, the board may: (1) appoint committees; (2) employ personnel, contractors, and consultants; (3) lease or purchase furnishings, equipment, and supplies; (4) lease office space; and (5) incur other similar expenses.
