Sec. 1002.262. LICENSE DURATION; EXPIRATION. (a) A license is valid for a period not to exceed three years and expires according to a schedule established by board rule. (b) On expiration, a license is invalid and may not be renewed except as provided by this chapter. Added by Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 1276, Sec. 14A.004(a), eff. Sept. 1, 2003.
