Sec. 1002.304. EXECUTION OF GENERAL OBLIGATION BONDS. The board president shall execute the general obligation bonds in the name of the district. The board secretary shall countersign the bonds. Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 1277, Sec. 1, eff. April 1, 2005.
