Reinstatement

Sec. 1002.405. REINSTATEMENT. (a) On application, the board may reinstate a license to engage in the public practice of geoscience to a person whose license has been revoked if a majority of the entire board votes in favor of the reinstatement. (b) As a condition for reinstatement, the board may: (1) review the applicant's qualifications and experience; (2) require continuing professional education; (3) conduct a reexamination on a periodic or other basis; or (4) require other evidence of the competence of the applicant.
