Sec. 1003.101. DISTRICT RESPONSIBILITY. The district has full responsibility for the operation of all hospital facilities for providing hospital care for the district's needy residents. Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 1277, Sec. 1, eff. April 1, 2005.
