Sec. 1003.102. LIMITATION ON CERTAIN POLITICAL SUBDIVISIONS. A political subdivision within the district may not impose taxes or issue bonds or other obligations for hospital purposes or to provide medical care for district residents. Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 1277, Sec. 1, eff. April 1, 2005.
