Sec. 1003.105. RULES. (a) The board may adopt rules governing the operation of the district, including district facilities. (b) On approval by the board, the rules may be published in booklet form at district expense and made available to any taxpayer on request. Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 1277, Sec. 1, eff. April 1, 2005.
