Officers

Sec. 1004.056. OFFICERS. (a) The board shall elect a president and a vice president from among the directors. (b) The board shall appoint a secretary, who need not be a director. (c) Each officer of the board serves a one-year term. (d) The board shall fill a vacancy in a board office for the remainder of the unexpired term.
