Sec. 1004.057. COMPENSATION; REIMBURSEMENT. A director or officer serves without compensation but may be reimbursed for actual expenses incurred in the performance of official duties. The expenses must be: (1) reported in the district's records; and (2) approved by the board. Added by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., Ch. 729 (H.B. 2019), Sec. 1.01, eff. April 1, 2007.
