Sec. 1004.064. APPOINTMENT AND REMOVAL OF MEDICAL STAFF. The board may: (1) appoint to the medical staff any doctor the board considers necessary for the efficient operation of the district; (2) remove any doctor from the medical staff, after due process, if the board considers the doctor's removal necessary for the efficient operation of the district; and (3) make temporary appointments to the medical staff as the board considers necessary.
