Sec. 1004.101. DISTRICT RESPONSIBILITY. The district has full responsibility for operating hospital facilities and providing medical and hospital care for the district's needy residents. Added by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., Ch. 729 (H.B. 2019), Sec. 1.01, eff. April 1, 2007.
