Sec. 1004.103. RULES. The board may adopt rules governing: (1) the operation of the hospital and hospital system; and (2) the duties, functions, and responsibilities of district staff and employees. Added by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., Ch. 729 (H.B. 2019), Sec. 1.01, eff. April 1, 2007.
