Sec. 1005.001. DEFINITIONS. In this chapter: (1) "Board" means the board of directors of the district. (2) "Director" means a member of the board. (3) "District" means the Baylor County Hospital District. (4) "Hospital system" includes a hospital and an alternative delivery system of care created under Section 1005.107.
