Sec. 1006.004. DISTRICT TERRITORY. (a) The boundaries of the district are coextensive with the boundaries of County Commissioners Precincts 1, 3, and 4 of Floyd County as those boundaries existed on January 1, 1963. (b) Territory may not be annexed or added to the district. Added by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., Ch. 729 (H.B. 2019), Sec. 1.01, eff. April 1, 2007.
