Sec. 1007.104. MANAGEMENT AND CONTROL OF DISTRICT. The management and control of the district is vested in the board, and the board has full power to manage and control the district. Added by Acts 2007, 80th Leg., R.S., Ch. 920 (H.B. 3166), Sec. 1.02, eff. April 1, 2009.
