Sec. 1008.064. PERSONNEL CONTRACTS. (a) The board may contract to provide administrative or other personnel for the operation of the hospital facilities. (b) The contract may not have a term of more than 25 years. Added by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., Ch. 729 (H.B. 2019), Sec. 1.01, eff. April 1, 2007.
