Sec. 1008.101. DISTRICT RESPONSIBILITY. The district has full responsibility to: (1) operate all hospital facilities; and (2) provide medical and hospital care for the district's needy residents. Added by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., Ch. 729 (H.B. 2019), Sec. 1.01, eff. April 1, 2007.
