Sec. 1009.104. HOSPITAL SYSTEM. The district shall provide for the establishment of a hospital system by: (1) purchasing, constructing, acquiring, repairing, or renovating buildings and equipment; (2) equipping the buildings; and (3) administering the buildings and equipment for hospital purposes.
