Execution of Filings

Sec. 101.0515. EXECUTION OF FILINGS. (a) Unless otherwise provided by this title, a filing instrument of a limited liability company must be signed by an authorized officer, manager, or member of the limited liability company. (b) Unless otherwise provided by this title, a filing instrument of a registered series of a domestic limited liability company must be signed by an authorized officer, manager, or member of the registered series.
