Sec. 101.15. BYLAWS, RULES, REGULATIONS. The board shall enact bylaws, rules, and regulations necessary for the successful management and operation of the university. Acts 1971, 62nd Leg., p. 3228, ch. 1024, art. 1, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1971.
