Equal Voting Rights

Sec. 101.354. EQUAL VOTING RIGHTS. Each governing person, member, or committee member of a limited liability company has an equal vote at a meeting of the governing authority, members, or committee of the company, as appropriate. Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 182, Sec. 1, eff. Jan. 1, 2006.
