Sec. 1010.051. BOARD ELECTION; TERM. (a) The district is governed by a board of 11 elected directors. (b) Unless four-year terms are established under Section 285.081, Health and Safety Code: (1) directors serve two-year terms; and (2) the terms of the five directors elected to even-numbered places expire in even-numbered years and the terms of the six directors elected to odd-numbered places expire in odd-numbered years.
