Sec. 1010.052. QUALIFICATIONS FOR OFFICE. To serve as a director, a person must be: (1) at least 21 years of age; and (2) a qualified voter of the district. Added by Acts 2007, 80th Leg., R.S., Ch. 920 (H.B. 3166), Sec. 1.02, eff. April 1, 2009.
