Sec. 1010.110. OPERATING AND MANAGEMENT CONTRACTS. The district may enter into an operating or management contract with any person regarding any district hospital or any part of the district hospital system. Added by Acts 2007, 80th Leg., R.S., Ch. 920 (H.B. 3166), Sec. 1.02, eff. April 1, 2009.
