Sec. 1010.113. CONTRACTS WITH GOVERNMENTAL ENTITIES FOR INVESTIGATORY OR OTHER SERVICES. The board may contract with any political subdivision or governmental agency for investigatory or other services as to: (1) the hospital or medical needs of district inhabitants; or (2) the hospital or medical care of the inhabitants of the other political subdivision or governmental agency.
