Sec. 1011.101. DISTRICT RESPONSIBILITY. The district has full responsibility for providing medical and hospital care for the district's residents, including the district's needy and indigent residents. Added by Acts 2011, 82nd Leg., R.S., Ch. 70 (S.B. 1147), Sec. 1.01, eff. April 1, 2013.
