Sec. 1012.060. GENERAL DUTIES OF CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER. The chief executive officer shall: (1) stay informed on the latest methods of hospital administration and the care of hospital patients; and (2) subject to the limitations prescribed by the board: (A) supervise the work and activities of the district; and (B) direct the affairs of the district.
