Sec. 1012.152. NOTICE; HEARING; ADOPTION OF BUDGET. (a) The board shall hold a public hearing on the proposed annual budget. (b) The board shall publish notice of the hearing in accordance with Chapter 551, Government Code. (c) The board must approve the budget.
