Sec. 1014.062. EMPLOYEES. The board may employ nurses, technicians, and other employees for the efficient operation of the district or may provide that the district administrator has that authority. Added by Acts 2007, 80th Leg., R.S., Ch. 920 (H.B. 3166), Sec. 1.02, eff. April 1, 2009.
