Authority To Sue and Be Sued

Sec. 1016.115. AUTHORITY TO SUE AND BE SUED. (a) The district, through the board, may sue and be sued. (b) The district is entitled to all causes of action and defenses to which similar authorities performing only governmental functions are entitled.
