Sec. 1018.054. BOARD VACANCY. A vacancy in the office of director shall be filled for the unexpired term by appointment in the same manner as the office was previously filled under Section 1018.051. Added by Acts 2007, 80th Leg., R.S., Ch. 920 (H.B. 3166), Sec. 1.02, eff. April 1, 2009.
