Sec. 1018.108. ASSISTED LIVING FACILITY. The board may construct and maintain an assisted living facility and a related facility that is necessary to operate and maintain an assisted living facility. Added by Acts 2007, 80th Leg., R.S., Ch. 920 (H.B. 3166), Sec. 1.02, eff. April 1, 2009.
