Officers

Sec. 1019.053. OFFICERS. (a) The board shall elect a president, vice president, and secretary-treasurer from among its members. (b) Each officer of the board serves until the next directors' election. Added by Acts 2007, 80th Leg., R.S., Ch. 920 (H.B. 3166), Sec. 1.02, eff. April 1, 2009.
