Sec. 101A.301. PEER REVIEW PROCESS FOR GRANT AWARD. The institute shall establish a peer review process to evaluate and recommend all grants the oversight committee awards under this chapter. December 1, 2025, subject to resolution of an election contest under Chapter 233, Election Code, relating to Article III, Section 68, Texas Constitution.
