Sec. 102.055. QUARTERLY MEETINGS. The oversight committee shall hold a public meeting at least once in each quarter of the calendar year, with appropriate notice and with a formal public comment period. Amended by: Acts 2007, 80th Leg., R.S., Ch. 266 (H.B. 14), Sec. 4., eff. November 6, 2007.
