Removal

Sec. 102.14. REMOVAL. The members of the board are removable by the governor for inefficiency or malfeasance of office. Acts 1971, 62nd Leg., p. 3231, ch. 1024, art. 1, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1971.
