Sec. 102.161. UNIFORM LICENSES. If a license is issued under this subchapter, the department shall issue an identical license to each handler, processor, or distributor of the same class. Acts 1981, 67th Leg., p. 1271, ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1981.
