Sec. 102.165. SUSPENSION OR REVOCATION OF INDIVIDUAL LICENSE. After notice and opportunity for a hearing, the department may suspend or revoke the license of any person who violates a provision of the license. Acts 1981, 67th Leg., p. 1272, ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1981.
