Sec. 1024.064. APPOINTMENT OF STAFF. The board may appoint to the staff any doctors the board considers necessary for the efficient operation of the district and may make temporary appointments as necessary. Added by Acts 2007, 80th Leg., R.S., Ch. 920 (H.B. 3166), Sec. 1.02, eff. April 1, 2009.
