Sec. 103.001. DEFINITIONS. In this chapter: (1) "Board" means the Produce Recovery Fund Board. (2) "Fund" means the produce recovery fund. Acts 1981, 67th Leg., p. 1274, ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1981.
