Sec. 1031.111. NONINDIGENT RESIDENTS. The board may provide access to medical care to a nonindigent resident of Garza County if the nonindigent resident is charged the reasonable and customary cost of services. Added by Acts 2007, 80th Leg., R.S., Ch. 920 (H.B. 3166), Sec. 1.02, eff. April 1, 2009.
