Sec. 1034.104. RULES. The board may adopt rules governing: (1) the operation of the hospital and hospital system; and (2) the duties, functions, and responsibilities of district staff and employees. Added by Acts 2011, 82nd Leg., R.S., Ch. 70 (S.B. 1147), Sec. 1.01, eff. April 1, 2013.
