Sec. 1035.105. PROVISION OF CERTAIN HEALTH SERVICES. The district may provide: (1) emergency medical services; (2) home health care services; (3) long-term health care services; (4) assisted living services; or (5) any other appropriate health care services the board determines are necessary to meet the district's needs.
