Preference To Hearing

Sec. 104.106. PREFERENCE TO HEARING. The regulatory authority shall: (1) give preference to the hearing under this subchapter and to deciding questions arising under this subchapter over any other question pending before it; and (2) decide the questions as quickly as possible.
