Sec. 104.254. SERVICE. A gas utility or municipally owned utility may not refuse to provide service to a state agency if pipeline capacity is available on an existing facility of the utility. Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 166, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1997.
