Sec. 1042.051. BOARD; TERMS. (a) The board consists of: (1) the members of the Commissioners Court of Hood County, including the county judge; and (2) four persons appointed by the county judge. (b) One director appointed by the county judge must be: (1) a doctor of medicine; or (2) a doctor of osteopathy. (c) An appointed director serves a two-year term.
